Ways to reconnect

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body's natural ability to find balance and ease. By working with the subtle rhythms and tissues of the body, CST can help release patterns of tension and support nervous system regulation, especially after periods of stress or trauma. It offers a quiet space for the clients to come home to their bodies, experiencing safety and restoration.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body, helping to reduce feelings of swelling, heaviness, and stagnation while encouraging relaxation. Each session includes a warm castor oil pack across the abdomen, adding comfort and warmth while supporting a deeply restorative experience.

Woven into your session

Breathwork

Breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to gently influence the nervous system, helping the body shift out of stress and into a greater sense of calm. Breathwork is incorporated into both craniosacral therapy and manual lymphatic drainage massage.

Somatic Release

Somatic Release is a body-centered approach that helps you reconnect with the physical sensations, emotions, and patterns held within the body. Through mindful awareness, movement, breath, and guidance, it can help release stored tension and trauma, supporting greater nervous system regulation, safety, and ease. Somatic release work is often incorporated into craniosacral therapy.

Testimonials

In their words

As a physician who is trained in craniosacral therapy myself, I can honestly say that her treatments are among the best I have ever received. I came to Summer with severe plantar fasciitis and wrist pain, and remarkably, without her even directly touching either of these areas, the pain in both disappeared immediately following our session.

Summer does a great job of communicating, understanding and creating an atmosphere of trust!
Rebecca
This was my first CST experience and I couldn't imagine a better guide. Summer was kind, warm, and deeply attuned to the needs of my heart, mind, and body. I left our session feeling lighter, emotionally ‘untangled’, and seen. I told Summer I wanted her to work on ALL of my friends :) What a healing experience.
Dana
I recently had the pleasure of being the recipient of Summer’s gifts while dealing with chronic pain and confusion about the root cause of my discomfort. Not only did she provide instant physical relief for my most acute symptoms, but she brought me to tears with her intuitive insights. I felt seen and held in a way I’ve never experienced with another holistic practitioner and know that anyone under her healing hands will leave with a deeper sense of wellness and peace. Do yourself a favor and book her today!
Nina
Summer did a great job getting my body to relax and she is very professional and knowledgeable about fight/flight mode and getting it into rest/digest mode.

About

Summer Krismanits

Summer graduated from the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork and has completed multiple levels of training in craniosacral therapy. She is also a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and will soon be certified as a breathwork facilitator and hypnotherapist through the Go-Within Institute.

Summer works with clients of all ages, addressing challenges such as chronic pain, trauma recovery, stress and anxiety, postnatal depletion, and nervous system dysregulation. Her sessions often facilitate deep stillness and integration, helping the body release long-held patterns and access its innate capacity to self-heal.

Summer first encountered craniosacral therapy while seeking solutions for her children and was deeply moved by the results. When she integrated this work into her own healing journey, she became passionate about helping others experience the same sense of relief and restoration. While in massage school, she discovered a particular passion for anatomy and physiology, which led her to study manual lymphatic drainage massage, offering it in addition to the craniosacral work.

Outside the office, Summer is an avid reader, lifelong learner, and enjoys spending time with her six children. She loves all animals, but has a special place in her heart for horses and dogs.
